Would be nice if SEPTA could support itself without taking PA Turnpike toll dollars! Overpriced tolls on beautiful road have forced truck traffic to the overly congested Interstate 78..major crashes and loss of life regularly!
Incentive programs are good, but they’re not enough. As someone who rides @SEPTA, I know we need reliable schedules coupled w/ strong safety measures.
