Bipartisan
Protecting the over 2 million Pennsylvanians who have pre-existing conditions
Thwarting the President's and his Administration's efforts to weaken the ACA

Wait a minute-isn’t there something a little convoluted there-first it’s bipartisan but then again it’s by way of thwarting the president- excuse me but doesn’t bipartisan mean it’s good for everybody Democrats and Republicans including our president?
