Women are often told the data shows we can’t do something. I’m an engineer, and I can tell you that’s not what the data says. Frankly, there isn’t enough data to say anything as there are still too few women in these leadership positions. But we are working to change that. 2/pic.twitter.com/kR1q79ePDn
We as women have to believe in ourselves. No one is going to raise our hand for us. When someone tells you that you can’t do something, ask yourself, “If not me, then who?” We as women can and should continue to take a seat at the table. Our voices are our power.
