Once again, congress actually sets our budget, all spending has to start in the house under the constitution, so you are simply referencing a “wish list” proposal of a budget by the administration. Stop criticizing and set the budget please!!!
You are dramatically overreacting. Scientists who specialize in germs & fungi have known about this for a long time, and the 600 people infected stems from a period of MANY years, with many of them surviving. The news is pumping this as a crisis, but it’s not. Stop scaring ppl.
