Why is it an employers responsibility to make people chose a profession? If a profession is so highly sought after, surely it should attract high skilled people?
Young women and people of color should be able to look at engineers testifying before Congress and see themselves represented. Are white men less qualified as engineers because of their color/gender? Were they hired based on their qualifications? Is there some rule that idk about that women and people of color are kept from studying engineering? What dividers Dems have become; sad.

How about they qualify for a job at Raytheon or LockeedMartin or better yet join the military and parlay that into a defense department job.
