We've done that before and hasn't worked. Reagan allowed a one time amnesty and we got zilch. Pelosi is completely entrenched and unreasonable. Rein her in and get her to a table. Insist on border security including a wall/barrier in all unsecured locations.

Please vote to support the wall, and end the shutdown. The Dem leadership was told up front "no wall=shutdown;" they chose to go "no wall." When the Speaker rejected the Saturday offer before hearing it, that means it's time to abandon the Speaker. Thank you.

The federal workers are relying on you to negotiate. That is the only way this will end.

WOW!!! I thought we were bringing new leadership to Congress from this district. Sadly, you are going along with your party's leadership already. The reason the Government is shutdown is to force both parties to work together and solve this problem. 1/

2/ Reopening the Government through CR's, etc. will not address this problem. We the People will hear that Congress will work to address the problem. But they wont. @SpeakerPelosi wont let @POTUS to move the immigration issue towards a solution. You need to negotiate now.

Agree 100%! Trump should not be rewarded for holding 800,000 Americans (and now DACA recipients) as hostages for his useless, vanity wall.
