1/ I just watched your exchange with Bezo's on this topic. When I return an item because I can tell it is a knock off, there is a drop that asks the reason for return. There is no option for that reason. The reason you chose determines return shipping charges.

2/ If they are really interested in correcting this problem, they might add this as an option in the category of no return shipping charge. Customer fraud risk maybe. Good customer surveillance of the issue for sure.

Amazon is working just as hard as they can Rep. Hank Johnson, to investigate and correct this problem. Are You looking into other major online Retailers that have 3rd party sellers such as Walmart? What is Walmart doing to combat counterfeit products? We know what Amazon is doing
