Yes! Clearly defined reform is needed NOW! This inhumane behavior must stop, parties who are involved must be weeded out, the heinous cycle of racism MUST end. Being black/brown is NEVER an assumption of guilt nor should it be a death sentence. Your life most definitely matters!
