Why are we still talking about Medicaid expansion in Georgia when Governor Kemp agreed to explore Medicaid waivers? Can Medicaid expansion still happen in Georgia?
After promising during the campaign not to expand @Medicaid, Kemp is now paying private firm $1M to come up w/ a waiver plan that would not cover as many people as it could & should! Something is better than nothing. :(
