Because Republican threats watered it down. Studies show most people benefit from greater access to healthcare. Loss of doctors, higher premiums, etc are due to Republican sabotage.

My co-pays and deductibles have tripled under Obamacare. I had to drop from top level coverage (Gold) to Bronze to maintain same premiums. Thanks Democrats for screwing me over to help people who didn't have insurance.
