  I agree but the PPL program has to be fully transparent. The administration has been fighting that. Why? It is our tax dollars used for this program and we deserve to know who received our money.

  Costs for PPE increased for states as the federal government abdicated their responsibilities for logistics and securing needed supplies, as well as setting standards, making states compete for life saving items. Our health care workers struggle because of tRump and you.
