The Democrats made significant changes to the bill. To claim it's "conservative" is inappropriate. It's truly a bipartisan bill. I know that's not sexy anymore, but it's valuable

At the state level, Democrats have had control of the at least one branch of government for years. Again.. bipartisan. A lot more liberal that your state level colleagues would like.
