but conveniently forgets that the Turkish military was the one that initially fenced off Varosha and continues to this day to prevent the lawful, internationally recognized inhabitants of the city to return to their homes. It seems like Turkey needs a history lesson. (3/5)

I could have reminded the Congressman several UN resolutions that are not implemented by others as well.However,it might suffice to remind him that Annan Plan is not a resolution but a plan developed by the then UNSC,accepted by Turkish Cypriots and rejected by Greek Cypriots.
