100% disabled veterans are still ball-n-chained to the VA nevertheless. If Congress provided me with a Medicare Supplemental Insurance Plan card which also covers prescription meds, dental and vision, it's likely the VA would never see me again.
I proud supported the MISSION Act, signed into law 1 yr ago. VA has now launched a patient-centered system of care that empowers Vets, removes red tape, and ensures heroes have timely access to individualized care. I'll continue to monitor implementation.https://tinyurl.com/yyhmc3uk

Apparently Wilkie has ‘convinced’ committee members how ‘great’ it is for vets. I’m sure Wilkie left out the BS vets face behind the scenes because of the VA mission act & rewritten parameters in rating guidelines. Sad that vets have to fight harder as civilians than when in!
