I want to ensure all Veterans are able to access care at VA facilities; however, current law prohibits the VA from making necessary improvements on land that isn’t owned or operated by the VA. We would be better off allowed that care outside the VA. The VA is NOT equipt to properly care for as as the system is swamped over.
