Gus =Trump= Rick Scott. They like eliminating the deduction for high out-of-pocket medical expenses. Florida has 1 of the highest rates of uninsured. Gov. Scott & the Legislature refused to expand Medicaid, exposing more Floridians to personal bankruptcy due to a serious illness.
