It required financial advisors to look out for the best interests of their clients and not themselves. Now advisors can get back to screwing people like before.

The fiduciary rule simply required financial advisors to put their clients' best interests ahead of the advisor's interests. It only limited access to bad financial advice. This is bad for regular people. Cheering this decision shows that you don't care about regular people.

Glenn, Let me help you. A fiduciary prudently takes care of money or other assets for the benefit of another person. Not for their own benifit. Thats the other person part.
