This rule is very short-sighted. We cannot thrive as a nation when our waters no longer sustain plant, animal, and human life. Too much US water is already compromised.

We need to be doing everything in our power to replace plastic with materials that are biodegradable, as well as help people move from planet destroying production to jobs that sustain our life on the planet into the future.
