Ny should accept the deal made with AMZN as that’s what a deal is. Then use the tax $ to fund programs you want. Better than no revenue. Try to change deal and they walk yes. But you can still fund intiatives for comm. like VAs smarter pols are doing (blkface scandal and all!)
