No please, the opposite of that, make it Standard Time all year round. Noon should be when the Sun is at highest point in the middle of your natural time zone, and then plan your daily and annual schedules around that. It’s all in the #A2E model. More at http://a2e2019.net

Nothing like ripping off service workers in the state. Folks that have to work past 2am lose an hour of work in their pay, but usually pick it up when the clocks roll back to Standard time. But then you are a Republican and down give two craps about decent pay for a worker.
