Cool, hope this gets passed the SCOTUS, so I can get myself a nuclear bomb as a weapon... No, just kidding, because there should be regulations on the type of weapons private citizens can have.
Not to worry. The SCOTUS members have shown us that you can say "I support stare decisis" all day long during your confirmation hearings and once you're be-robed all the previous court precedents suddenly become fair game because, in your opinion, they were "wrongly decided."
Interesting how demos are using all the lower courts to deny rights bypassing Congress to reshape the Constitution.
Yes they must hear this case. But the supreme court needs to issue a warning to the lower courts to STOP ignoring their rulings and follow the law!!
