Rep. Pence, I applaud you for sponsoring the OORAH Act but please make sure that the family members who have so far been left out of the initial settlements by the actions of some of the legal firms (i.e. BOVA, et al) involved are given proper consideration if this passes.
Terrorists, and those who support them financially, must be held accountable for the 1983 Marine Barracks attack that took the lives of 241 American service members, including 220 Marines.

The Peterson case is the only one listed in the OORAH act details. So, I believe all others will be again left out.
