Making a test a requirement for work is unconstitutional. A so-called database would be horribly tyrannical. Absolutely not Congressman. Contact tracing is nothing but a pipe dream. Millions of Americans have the virus and are asymptomatic. There is absolutely no way to trace it.

No, the virus doesn't care about politics, but it cares desperately about testing, which HAS to be in the next aid package. Because if Congress doesn't arrange for it, Trump certainly won't. He sees political advantage in NOT testing.
