It shouldn't also be used as blank check for mult-millionaires who own 'small businesses'. I own a nursery in Vermont. Myself and 2 employees on payroll. I had to jump through hoops to apply for the$14,400 (2.x my monthly payroll needs), only to be told I had to wait....1/2

until the sole proprietor guidelines came out. They were released late Tuesday. I applied this morning, was told the PPP was closed. I will lay off employees on Friday. Fund the damn PPP with real money for real small businesses.
