You’re wrong Gosar. Dreamers are Americans.
-
WRONG!! The true Dreamers are my children and other American citizen's children. I nor any American owe Dreamers anything. If they are displeased they should go back to the country they are citizens of! They should be grateful...not demanding!

America has been a land of immigrants for over 200 years. Long before Trump showed up.
-
Key word, "LEGAL" immigrants, not illegal.

It isn't right that you're a congressman either. Did God speak to you and remind you that you must stoke the hatred fires of your racist base by kicking DACA kids? Such fine Christian behavior. You're a tool!

DACA people are AZ residents, and giving them in State tuition in no way disqualifies other AZ residents. This is just another draconian GOP policy attempt that will not stand. Legally or morally.
-
A Resident is not a Citizen.
-
I don’t have to be a “citizen” only a resident of AZ to qualify for in-state tuition. There is no “citizen” for a state....thus the UNITED STATES.

Not so sure that decision will stand, it sounds like a residency issue, if the DACA recipients r AZ residents then they r eligible.
-
We are not considered residents, all Daca does is let us work and keep us from being deported
-
However for tax purposes, I file under resident alien, so I'm not sure anymore

This is great! Finally, actual Rule of Law being followed by AZ Supreme Court. Thank you AZSC for halting the bleeding of our American taxpayer funds.

Some of these individuals were not able to apply because of a range of factors, including not being able to afford the nearly $500 application cost or fears of sending information about themselves and their loved ones to the government.
-
Now, Because President Trump ended DACA, they are locked out of protection.
-
An estimated 120,000 individuals among the 1.8 million were unable to apply for protection because they had not yet reached 15 years of age at the time that President Trump ended DACA on September 5.
