  After a colleague was rebuffed by @StateDept legal, #Whistleblower requested guidance from an Intel Committee aide on how to proceed which was well within their rights. Had they not taken these steps we may never know of @realDonaldTrump treachery. @RepAdamSchiff #TrumpMeltdown
