If a skills shortage existed companies would invest in incumbent workers' training, raise wages, improve working conditions, hire direct employees instead of contingent workers, and hire from entire US talent pool. Tech industry fails on all of these objective behavioral measures

There has never been a shortage of skilled workers in America. H -1B is and always has been a SCAM cooked up by gangster Indians and pushed through in exchange for big donations to Congress. Frequently, H-1b visa workers have fraudulent credentials, hired according to ethnicity.
