Exactly. US is a democracy. US congress is not a Soviet politburo that can pass bills in the middle of the night without a full debate. Americans need to know
#HR1044 will be a death-knell for US tech workers and their college grad kids majoring in STEM fields looking for jobs. -

Sir fraud starts the moment a company file labor certification. When company put a requirement of skills which is humanly not possible and they find that candidate in India and no where else in the world.
