Land of the free because of the brave! I got turned down from serving in uniform; still supported DoD as a civil servant & DoD contract employee. I respect all who so willingly serve, especially those who put themselves in harm's way for our safety, security, & liberty. God bless

True patriots stood for ideas and freedom from tyranny. They stood up to the strongest military at the time. How are we honoring that by glorifying how big our army is? Read the Declaration, the whole thing. It’s a list of grievances, and we’re under 1/2 of those again now.
