Corporations get a 15% tax break (no FICA) for hiring OPT recipients, creating financial incentive to hire foreign students. Less than 50% of U.S. STEM grads are landing jobs in STEM. FICA fund loses $2 billion per year due to OPT. We need to start putting Americans first.

Most IT workers on H-1b visas are contractors paid with tax form 1099. So then the company doesn't have to pay benefits, SS, Medicare, Prescription Drugs, Unemployment, Workmans Compensation, State and Federal Withholding Taxes. They love hiring H-1b foreign IT contractors.

AT&T, Boeing, Wells Fargo, GE and many others have had major problems from screwed up Indian crap code, in addition to sabotage, hacking and data theft. AT&T is way behind on 5g technology. Boeing will likely go bankrupt, Wells Fargo stole money from clients, GE is a joke.
