Patsy, Republicans controlled the Gov for 2 years & Trump couldn't negotiate with Paul Ryan to fund the wall. That was only 4 months ago. Under Trump over a 400% family increase Trump can't handle. This is on Trump, no crisis before he took office. Keeping it real.
