Specifically, my amendment sought to authorize the Army Corps of Engineers, through the Department of Defense, to construct a wall on certain federal lands along the Southern Border.
So what you're saying is that there is currently no authorization to use this money to build the Wall? Glad you're so happy shirking your duty as a member of :::checks the Constitution::: the branch of government which appropriates funding.
