I would really like to see a spreadsheet on the countries of these inmates! Then Charge the countries for the costs to house their criminal citizens. If United States provides Aid to these countries- we deduct these costs and reimburse the victims!
Yes, once someone becomes a citizen he automatically turns into a super nice guy and doesn't even realize it
