The border? Not pharmaceutical companies encouraging use of opioids in hospitals which is where many first experience opioids? Please vote for something that addresses the actual root of the problem.

When McKesson can send a ton of opioids to distributors with no questions asked or monitoring of quantities—one would think that would warrant a look. What is killing us is lack of critical thinking skills. Stop pinning everything on other countries.

There is a word for this...fear mongering.
