Yes America should decide who enters the country enforcing strict vetting laws and not extend entry to chain migration, fiances, extended family members, only to the person applying to enter.

When you lose your re-election, you should go back to history class. America is a country of immigrants. Most immigrants r good people, just like us. Congress needs to improve the vetting to keep the bad guys out!
