    Over 90% of current active COVID cases in Arkansas are individuals not fully vaccinated. Hospitals are filling up, cases are rising – the easiest and safest way to combat the spread of this virus is by getting vaccinated.

    While on base at Al Udeid Air Base, it was great to see my friend, Brig. Gen. Gerald Donohue, commander of the 379th Air Expeditionary Wing. “Gyro” was a wonderful wing commander and community leader when assigned to the 19th at Little Rock Air Force Base.

    I joined my colleagues in a visit to Israel & Qatar last week, led by Chairman of NY. We joined the entire diplomatic community & the Marine Color Guard at the U.S. Embassy in Jerusalem for the July 4th celebration. More to come on my visit soon.

    I encourage all Arkansans who are not currently vaccinated for COVID-19 to talk to their doctor and strongly consider getting vaccinated. I want all Arkansans to stay safe and healthy, especially with the emerging delta variant.
