I didn’t realize one-time bonuses of around $500.00 was the target of this legislation - wasn’t it to raise WAGES and CREATE JOBS? Meanwhile retail stores everywhere lay off workers and close stores. Shameful. Wake up, Fred.
The story notes the bonuses had to do with a profitable 2017 -- and the workers say they were big enough "to take the wife out to dinner." The only guy to get $2,000 got that because he worked there 40 years!! Was it $500 a decade?? Sounds like it.
