If Michigan currently has 53,000 covid positive, how is 5,000 doses anywhere near enough?
Just heard from HHS - Michigan has received its allocation of remdesivir today. The state got a shipment of 128 cases of the drug, which works out to 5,120 doses.
Remdesivir has shown promising results for those severely infected by COVID-19. #MI06
