.@RepFredUpton I am STRONGLY opposed to unlimited PPP $$ given how poorly targeted the program is, & without substantial $$ for states. Surely you know that if the states go broke (as McConnell desires) then PPP $ won't help. As states go, so goes business; & so goes the nation.
We need to protect jobs and small biz! @RepJoshG & I led a bipartisan letter to leadership urging Congress to FULLY FUND the #PPP for future need. It should have never been allowed to run dry in the first place & we can never let it happen again.
