No, they were not. It’s a rumor started by our “esteemed” Governor who, when asked to provide proof, was unable to do so. Can you blame Trump for being angry? Of course MI will get the aid it needs. BTW Whitmer also banned use of lifesaving drugs in MI b/c Trump likes them.
