I've been absolutely clear that from the beginning I wanted to see an open, transparent, & fact-based process because I have been troubled by what has come out. Legitimate questions remain to be answered. But I have been frustrated by how closed-off the process has been so far...

Fred, I'm disappointed. I see nothing wrong with initial depositions being taken in a private setting, to minimize the sideshow. And Republicans have been in these depositions all along. Now it's time for a more open phase.

No one's asking you to vote yet to impeach the president. This is a vote on conducting an inquiry on whether to bring articles of impeachment. Surely enough evidence has been brought to light to warrant an inquiry.
