Fred? IS THAT YOU?! OK so I want you to say what a secure border is - come one - say it, it doesn't HAVE To be a freaking continuation of the fence. You know it.
Enough. I voted last night to fund nearly all of the government agencies that have been unnecessarily shuttered since Dec. 22. I will continue working with my colleagues in the House & Senate to ensure the gov't is fully funded & our border is secure. Much work remains.

There is still a ton of UNSPENT border security money in the budget but it's not earmarked for a stupid wall. "Violating the public trust" would be promising that Mexico would pay for the wall & then holding Americans hostage in order to get taxpayers to foot the bill.

If people who work for the government where three people do the work of one and they don't have the foresight to put away a little bit for savings, what can you expect? If they don't have enough money saved for THREE WEEKS necessities maybe they should seek other employment.
