It’s never acceptable to use kids as bargaining chips in political process. For some time, I’ve said that separating young, innocent children from their parents is the wrong approach. The right approach is legislation to address the root issues.

Links to the two bills (and summaries) that you would like to vote on? I assume the first just codifies a reversal of Trump's inhumane processes, and the second is the overhaul of border security, yes? So that one is not a bargaining chip for the other?
