He's the governor of the state & thus has the power to order this & that. You need to pay attention to your job in DC, which you're not doing. You're too busy going on this radio station, that tv station, newspaper interview. Let Gov. Wolf do his job. You'd applaud if he were GOP

32 states are WITHHOLDING aid from small cities and rural communities.
The @leagueofcities put together a report revealing the lack of funds given to these communities. This is not what Congress intended in the #CARESAct.
