  My business depends on the USPS. We don't expect the military to make a profit we don't expect the state department to make a profit. Stop forcing them to pre-fund retirement.

  Congress has consistently asked the USPS for a plan & she the head of it, never seems to have one. She needs to be fired and replaced. Consistently raising the already exorbitant shipping rates is not the answer. Do something!
