Today, I sent a letter to Federal Bureau of Prisons Director Michael Carvajal telling him to halt any plans to transfer federal inmates from #COVID19 affected areas to USP Lewisburg, USP Canaan, or FCC Allenwood. #PA12

Thank you sir, but be advised they are still planning on moving inmates tomorrow. They’re calling it something other than “transfers,” but it’s still happening. Look for writ returns or new commits being the designations used. Director Carvajal is endangering all our families.
