  In other words, @RepFredKeller does not like Unions and is going to misrepresent this bill. I bet he loved the “Right to Work” bill which was actually a “Right to Fire” for any reason bill. Total misrepresentation of what that bill did too.

  PA is an “at-will” employment state. That means employees have no protections: they can be fired/released by their employer at any time and for any reason. Unions protect workers. Unions ensure healthcare and fair practice, and of course, civil liberties. Fred. Don’t be a jerk.
