4.5% raise on $7.25 an hour is like 33 cents an hour. 45 cents an hour to someone making $10 an hour. Meanwhile, raising the minimum wage to $11.00 would mean more than a 50% raise for minimum wage worker. And yes, I know how worried you are about losing crummy jobs.
