Yesterday, during a solemn process, GOP members yelled and screamed, continuously interrupted the Dem speeches, screamed boos, had to be told over & over again to stop interrupting, refused to stop screaming like a banshee when their time was up. 1/2
Last night, after the first article of impeachment was adopted, House Democrats stood on the Floor and cheered. Only a glare from @SpeakerPelosi dampened their giddiness.
