Oh, don't blame Fred for the past. He's only been in his position as Representative to PA12 for 6 months. He replaced Tom Marino, who wanted no part of this "sham" Trump administration. But now Fred is a Trump boot licker. Comes from receiving Russian money via McCarthy.
